Sam and Claire provided impeccable and empathetic support at a very difficult time. Everything was explained and they constantly checked that I understood what would happen and that Mum’s wishes were respected. On the day itself everything went to plan and their compassion and respect to the family and my mum made a hard day much easier. I’m so grateful.

Co-op Funeralcare, Mexborough have been absolutely fabulous dealing with our loved one's funeral. Sam and Claire were very professional, while being very caring and understanding to the point, nothing has been too much trouble. I found they are only at the end of the phone when ever we needed help with anything. They were quite happy and willing to take my hand and walk me through the entire process and to go at my speed. They have been so attentive to detail, and always checking with the family, to make sure it is exactly what the family and our loved one would have wanted. I can't express enough how personal the whole process felt.

Clear communication from start to finish with compassion and dedication throughout. The service for my mum was perfect and we as a family cannot put our appreciation in to words. Thank You very much
