I realised my MOT had expired and I was quite stressed because no garages had any availability. I was really lucky to find this garage as they managed to fit me in when no one else could. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Everyone was polite, helpful and easy to talk to. They were also flexible when it came to collecting the car, which made everything much easier for me. The service was quick, professional and hassle free. I felt looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this garage and will be coming back in the future. Thank you again for the great service 🙂

Today I visited JLC Autos to take a look around as Iv met the team out and about at Trade shows , I was intrigued to see there set up Welcomed at there reception area for a sit down and chat then over to the workshop for a look about , while this was all going on the mechanics was busy working away with a constant flow of customers dropping off vehicles and collecting finished jobs . A well oiled machine that’s what I say, I would happily recommend these guys to anyone to look after there day to day or classics vehicle …. Well done JLC Mr L Southerton. Volksmagic

Took my Classic Beetle to Jade and the team at JLC with let’s just say a few problems more than I expected and what can I say they have done a outstanding job, they kept me upto date with everything, showed me pictures, videos and even showed me in person everything. NoI have gone from nervous to drive it to driving it away with a great big smile on my face and looking forward to jumping in it again. The difference these guys made was nothing other than outstanding. Not only are they great at what they do they also are friendly, trustworthy and just honestly great people to be around. It was so nice to go somewhere and not be made to feel daft or like I was being ripped off which is something I have felt at other places. I can’t recommend JLC enough and I would now never even consider going anywhere else. THANKYOU so much guys for making my dream car one that I am going to enjoy driving instead of worrying about. You are all absolute superstars I genuinely can’t thanks you enough.

We needed an emergency MOT and they sorted it out quickly and without any hassle. The atmosphere was good from the moment we arrived and you can tell the team works with real passion, even though it was only an MOT this time. The service was friendly, the staff knew exactly what they were doing, and they managed to book us in first thing the next morning. It’s clearly a family-run workshop where everyone is treated well and the job gets done properly. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a problem with my petrol cap today at a petrol station 30 miles from home (fuel on empty) and by chance Lee from JLC Autos was at the next pump. He kindly offered to help but we still couldn’t open the cap. Luckily the garage wasn’t far from the station so I followed him there. At the garage Jade was so lovely and managed to open the cap. Whilst waiting in their reception I was chatting to the marketing guy (sorry didn’t get his name) and he was too so professional and friendly. Overall what could have been a disaster of a day turned out to be ok thanks to the staff at this garage. Restoring my faith that good people are still around. Thank you so much for your help and kindness.
