Superb and prompt service. Mark managed to diagnose the lock issue with photos and a phone call. Initially suspected handle issue and gave a realistic quote. Got to know the issue was a bit more than just a handle and requoted accordingly, coming in just a little more than another company had quoted for the handle alone. Liaised with tenant to gain access and fit the job done as discussed, no extras, no surprises. Nice to find an honest tradesman. Have stored the number in case of any future need.
