Hollywood Nails

Have used this place for a good few years and always been happy. Today I was attended to by one of the newer people… I have to say he was the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever come across. I showed him what I wanted…. I made a start but the colour was completely wrong so I asked if there was a different colour he could try. From that moment he was tugging at my hands, then repositioning me like it was my fault, at one point he tugged to move me and I nudged a finger onto an acrylic pot which smudged a nail and he had the cheek to tell me to be careful. He had a couldnt care less attitude and I felt so uncomfortable. I had planned the nails for a wedding…. When it came to adding the planned crystals I just told him not to bother as my nails look nothing like what I wanted. A complete waste of my £30. Hollywood Nails what’s happening? You will lose customers if you don’t stop this level of service. If I come back and it’s a big if…. I will wait to be attended to by one of the technicians that actually try to get you what you want and are not rude! The first picture is what I wanted, the second picture is what I got ! …. Terrible!

Been here a few times now for full set of acrylics and often get my toes done too. Always lovely service and so friendly. Would definitely recommend 🥰
