Best nail shop around great service, can't do enough for you. You definitely get what you pay for wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Definitely the highest standard of service and definitely recommend. So if you haven't tried them get down there. Much love ❤️

Yesterday I was really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon due to one particular staff member’s attitude he wears fake Yeezy trainers that are grey and orange . From the moment I sat down, they were rude and dismissive. There was no basic courtesy or professionalism, which made the entire appointment uncomfortable. I had my hand yanked, shouted at “STAY STILL” even though I was very still and trying to relax, laughing at me making me feel stupid when I asked for ombre nails. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work, and unfortunately this experience fell far short. I won’t be returning unless there’s a serious improvement in how clients are treated. I feel very embarrassed and sad with my experience. THIS IS ALSO NOT THE FIRST TIME HES BEEN RUDE!

Very nice and clean salon. It's not a single service provider --- there are 2 pedicure chairs and 4-6 manicure desks. I made an appointment online "sight unseen", and showed up early thinking it would be someone's home or private salon. The staff was able to work me in before my appointment, based on walk in schedules :) very kind (and gentle) staff. Highly recommend! I got a powder gel overlay on natural nails (with removal of prior color) & gel polish change on my toes for £51

Asked for a gel manicure. The man then asked me what colour so I showed hom a picture of nude coloured nails. He then showed another member of staff who told me to show her my nails. She told me I HAD to get acrylic. For what reason I’m not sure as it wasn’t explained. I was told I would need acrylic and tips which I didn’t want. I then asked if I had to have tips then can I have gel instead of acrylic to which the man replied no. Baring in mind I never asked for my nails to be the same length as the one on the picture I just wanted that colour which I specified. Everybody raves about this place and I’m really disappointed. Not only are my nails horrendous they’re a whole world from what I wanted. The service I asked for was £30 yet I ended up paying £35 for plain acrylic. No gel. No colour. When all I wanted was gel painted onto my natural nail.

Used to come all the time I think I’ve only ever being happy with my nails twice as something has always gone wrong sometimes there would be bubbles or hair in the nail polish sometimes they would do them completely wrong and this time the gel has pealed off of my acrylic nails 3 days after getting them done so went back and they was really good they re painted them but then 2 days after they started peeling off again so I am not happy at all and for the price you would expect them to last
