All the staff are lovely ,very helpful especially Amber who took a lot of time to explain how to set my dad's hearing aids up and make sure he was happy with them , comfortable and helped him to take them out and put them in again . Amber put my dad at ease , made him laugh and gave him confidence to try to take them out and put them in again himself . I would highly recommend scrivens for hearing care . Excellent care and service today thank you 🙂
