Good pharmacy that efficiently provides alot of services. Iv started to use it more recently for the free NHS needle exchange. All the staff are helpful and friendly except one. This is where I have a problem,whenever the old lady serves me she is rude,dismissive,and judgemental. I go for needles for medication I take and I feel I have to remind her im not a junkie everytime I go in. The attitude starts as soon as I mention what iv come for,she rolls her eyes and asks me what are they for.does it matter what they are for? Im a taxpayer and this is a free NHS service im not asking you for the contents of your purse. Then she behaves like its her personal stash ,im only giving you so many of this or that. I know thats not the way its done because the other staff are very professional and provide a good service. Some times if I have time and I see she's working I leave it another day when a more decent member of staff is on. Im sure this won't be the first time she's been complained about. Not everyone that uses injections is a heroin addict.
Really lovely and welcoming chemist. Flu jab 1st time. Following the reviews, I called in for my flu jab tonight on my way home from work, only to be greated by pharmist chap in charge, He made me feel at ease and very understanding and spoke through the procedure Absolutely fantastic service with a 😃 Kind regards Paul

I am unfortunate enough to have to depend upon 19 differnet medications to survive. I have used many pharmacies so far, but this one is the best by an arms length and then a bus length and then a blue whale length. Always very supportive and friendly. It would appear that kindness is the middle name of all who work there. If you haev to use a pharmacy in this area, you can go very wrong choosing someone other than Mexcare
My go to pharmacy. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
