Adwick Road Convenience Store and Post Office

I've been sending packages from here for over 10 years. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Karen, Nicola, Margaret, Linda. As a Turkish- British business owner, I'd like to thank you all.

Telephoned this Post Office today and spoke to Nicola for clarification on a few points regarding the return of two parcels. Immediately Nicola was ready to help out and ultimately recommended calling into the Post Office where she would be happy to help. Subsequent visit and found Nicola to be so friendly, helpful and she exercised great patience in making sure my parcels were sent correctly and in an appropriate manner. It was obvious the store in general was extremely busy, but I took note that Nicola remained attentive to my need of help. In addition, she never once made me feel rushed, but was patient, helped me pack the parcels, and ultimately arranged for my parcels to be delivered. What great service, with a smile, and I felt Nicola deserved some recognition for providing service second to none! Well done Nicola!

This is a great post office, firstly because it is open when other local post offices are shut. The lady on the desk is always so helpful, friendly and patient. As it is set in a shop, it is handy to pick up a few household items at the same time, including food items. The shop staff are great too and the prices are reasonable. There is also a small area at the side of the building for customer parking. It is always a pleasure to visit this post office and shop, although I live in another area, the drive is always worth it. 😊
