Terrible service. I went here to get my driving license renewed. I was told by a very rude lady I had to wait for my current licence to expire before they could apply for my renewal... Unsure of the legality of this... So I went to the branch in Wath and this was sorted straight away. This lady clearly wasn't interested and lying to get out of work.

Terrible service Went for help and assistance with passport application for baby. Government website AND post office website said possible to do application online and that post office will assist. Got there, lady behind post office counter refused to do application for baby saying had to be paper copy and other person behind counter did paper photos. Started filling in paperwork and kept being told to go home and fill it in as needed documents - I had the documents with me! After lots of frustration, I had questions about filing it in, and kept being given conflicting information, I left and went home to do it online. Waste of money and time going to this place. Did it all online at home, easiest way considering all the difficulties the post office made to deal with from looking up my parents passport information etc which I didn't even need! Useless people. Sat on their phones rather than serving people needing help. Obviously too lazy to do their jobs. All I wanted was a digital photo and assistance with online application. Got no assistance and paper photos.

Very helpful staff in Mexbough Post Office. Took 3 attempts to process my driving license renewal,but they managed to do it. The DVLA computer keeps crashing,and advised me to come first thing in the morning. Can't thank them enough.
