Just had delivered one of the wool mattresses, Darwin Luxury 3400 for the king size bed. Exactly the same as the smaller we had for another bed bought a few years ago and still going strong. They are very well made and priced. So overall great product, delivery and customer service. Am guessing they are a small company so don't expect a 24/7 helpline - but if you want a good product made in the UK and delivered without fuss this is the one for you.

My bespoke mattress is 5 years old and has a spring popping out. Not interested in any guarantee as they were not easy to deal with in the first place.

Sales person a bit cheeky, however, purchased a single mattress for the step daughter who was very happy with it. Had it delivered at no extra cost. Couldn't find a mattress we both liked, overall good service.

I had been to all the usual big name bed stores in the area and non could help. A friend recommended Edwardian Bedding to me and they were able to make a mattress to the exact size and type I required. Very good down to earth help and advice during the ordering. The mattress price was good and local delivery was free. It took only two weeks to make and deliver, the old mattress was taken away for a small fee. The new mattress is brilliant, I would highly recommend this company.

This is the third mattress purchased from this company and I cannot praise them enough. The quality of the material is fantastic. The service they provide is above and beyond. The delivery man was so helpful and courteous. 5 star for everything. Highly recommended, wonderful company, a gem in Yorkshire
