We are so pleased with the recent service which we received from MAC Metalcraft. The staff were all very helpful and friendly who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect product for our needs. The products are high quality and reasonably priced. The whole experience has been hassle free from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.

A vast array of merchandise looks fantastic. I went in looking for information and parts to install my stove. Couldn't help at all, didn't know what parts fitted my 5inch flue or what to recommend. Couldn't tell me if I needed an adaptor to fit a 5inch flue pipe (I know it as Copex) to a 45/90° bend. Pity the money was on the hip waiting to part company. Ho hum, I won't be returning.

The advice from the shop assistant was so useful to us we went for rope and new glass fronts in the boiler we will visit again with our samples to get accurate rope and glass ,thanku for you advice and help

First class service, from ordering to fitting.nothing was too much trouble. Our room has been transformed. The fitters John and Graham know there stuff.Many thanks to all involved. Would i recommend M.A.C. Metalcraft , of course i would.
