Can’t recommend Nancy enough! We did a wreath making workshop for my birthday, everyone loved it! She made it so easy for us by prepping everything before hand so that we could just do the fun bits ☺️ she was really good at explaining everything and helping anyone who needed it, she was also really funny too so all in all great night, definitely recommend!! 🌲🎉🫶🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service from Nancy. Rang about 9.30 and by 11 the beautiful bouquet had been delivered! So impressed with her communication and the flowers looked absolutely beautiful. Will be using again and would advise everyone to do the same! So much better and more personal than the unknowns of online flowers which so often disappoint. Thank you ❤️

Wedding Flowers by Nancy at The Purple Peony. Wholeheartedly recommended. The order: 1 x Bridal bouquet, 1 x smaller version for adult Bridesmaid, 1 x pocket boutonniere for the Groom, 5 x large single rose buttonholes for the gentlemen, 4 x smaller double roses for the ladies. Our colour scheme was white with accents of blue and green, reflecting the Yorkshire Rose and the Peak District we like to walk and climb in. Specific flower requests: white roses, forget-me-nots, oxypetalum, freesia. Specific foliage requests: mixed textures and muted shades, including eucalyptus, ferns, and possibly ivy. In the run-up to the wedding I struggled a little with fully visualising what the bouquets, buttonholes and pocket boutonniere would look like, as we were firm that we wanted real flowers for these, but alot of the reference material online is of artifical flowers. This meant I had multiple questions for Nancy, rather than a firm vision. However, Nancy was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions on if the flowers we wanted would be in season, would the shapes and sizes work together or get lost/overpowered, what the difference is between a buttonhole, corsage and a boutonniere. On the day Nancy delivered all the flowers to my home while I was getting ready and reminded me to ensure flowers were out of water 30 minutes before use. The finished products were everything I asked for and more. I loved the texture and movement of the greenery. The roses: classic, subtle in scent and shade but bold in size. The delicacies of the forget-me-nots and oxypetalum, and the scents of the freesia and delphiniums. The blue hues were a gorgeous tie-in to the Groom's blue suit and those of other family members. The composition of size variety gave interest and reflected my sister's dress beautifully too. I'm also glad I didn't dissappear off on honeymoon straight away, as I got to really enjoy my bouquet - it survived a full 2.5 weeks in full glory, then a further 5 days as a reduced collection. The Groom's pocket boutonniere gave a stunning pop of colour and detail which again tied-in beautifully to my dress and bouquet. The buttonholes were simple and classic. They went with all the bridal party's outfits and held up well in the July heat. For a day where you want every detail to be perfect and things to run smoothly, Nancy delivered a calm and caring service with stunning results. I wholeheartedly recommend The Purple Peony and am I looking for the next opportunity to order from Nancy.

Working with The Purple Peony on the run up to my wedding was so easy! I made contact via FB Messenger, we met over drinks and discussed what I had in mind ... and despite me not having a clear idea at all, Nancy managed to provide the perfect wedding flowers - they couldn't have been any more perfect for me if I'd hand picked every stem myself! 😃 She even picked up on my love of bees! On the actual day Nancy turned up to the venue and set straight to work turning the basic looking function room into a thing of beauty!

I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day in the UK from my home in Australia. The flowers were beautiful and as described on their website. Very reasonably priced too. I added a little delivery request which they accomplished for me, very happy mum and grandma. I’ll definitely use Purple Peony again. Here is a lovely photo of my mums, just gorgeous!!
