Posting this review for my parents. First impressions were very good we were met with great service, pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful and informative but not pushy. Delivery was as expected and on time. The chairs were set up and clear instructions on usage were given. All packaging was removed and left tidy. We are now enjoying relaxing g in our comfortable new chairs. Would highly recommend

We arrived at Morris Living not knowing what we were really looking for in a suitable recliner Chair for my wife. We were greeted by a very pleasant guy I believe his name was Rob, we told him our thoughts but made it clear we needed guidance on what chair would be suitable, he asked my wife to sit in a number of chairs for comfort explained that each chair had different functions, after trying quit a fewwe decided on Nevis dallux Pettie recliner chair. We now taken delivery and we are highly delighted with the help and information we were given which enabled us to make the correct decision, my wife loves it.
