New To You Sofas

Bought corner Setee in March 2023. A bargain £4500 at the time in DFS got it for about £460 still had wrapping on feet and head rest Hinges, like brand new. Guy in shop was really friendly. Had trouble trying to get through door due to the size, but delivery guy stayed until we got it in, at to remove window, took about an hour and helped put window back in. Never had service so satisfactory would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a rise and recline chair with massage settings. I went to look at the chair in the shop and the lovely lady tried to show us how it worked but was unsure on the settings and said we would have to read the manual. I had the chair delivered again 2 pleasant gents, they tried the chair for us and the massage setting was constantly on and couldn't turn off, again the guy said you will have to look at the settings. The chair is faulty and you cannot turn the massage setting off, even when you disconnect the remote the massage is still on. I contacted the owner about 2 hours after delivery to let him know and he asked me to send some photos of the book and remote which I did, he then sent a snip off the internet with things to try, which I did and the chair is still not working correctly . I have tried to contact the owner several times to ask if has any solution to this and he is totally blanking me. I have phoned several times but it goes to voice mail and text messages are ignored. I have asked for the chair to be collected and a refund issued but again no response. I had to pay for the chair by bank transfer as very conveniently the card machine was not working. Very disappointed at the lack of contact It would be 0 stars if I could give that

Would Recommend! my experience: messaged about a settee they had on FB marketplace, they responded same day and offered delivery to Barnsley the next day (a Saturday) for free!! And followed through - couple of nice blokes in a Luton van, turned up on time & carried the sofa into my (ground floor) living room. Handed them the cash cos I was already stoked with it and off they went! The sofa is exactly as described, fits the room perfectly (I did measure tho), and is comfy as owt. We may have to stabilise one area of the sofa back at some point perhaps, but it is sound and there's no defects really - and for £250 for a wonderful blue corner settee delivered for free?? Nowt innit that 😂 Thank you! Please count me as a happy customer, net promoter score 10/10 lol

We recently purchased a 2 seater sofa bed from this store. The model was £599 from IKEA but we bought it for £299. We also had next day delivery for no extra cost. Friendly staff that made the effort to help us find what we wanted and excellent delivery.

Seen this site for a while, went and had a look. Saw a sofa we wanted and they got it down for us to try. We brought it and it was delivered the next day. Louise was very friendly and helpful. All the sofa are in amazing condition and I would recommend you go for a look.
