Place felt warm and welcoming on entry. I thought the lady who served me was quite efficient, she took my details and rang a plumber who was supposed to call me to arrange a visit. That was 12 days ago and I've heard nothing from anyone. So my business has gone elsewhere. Shame really.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful I was struggling finding a mantle for above my log burner tried an oak beam but it was getting too hot . I purchased a concrete wood effect mantle from these and it looks fantastic gets hot but it is safe I would strongly recommend this place for any issues or items you want for a log burner they are very knowledgeable and they will be honest and won’t just sell you something to make a sale . I wouldn’t go to the internet to buy items for a log burner you don’t know what you’re getting might pay a little bit more from here but it is quality things they sell and safe I can’t emphasise enough but you can’t compromise safety and what is a few more pounds when it comes to safety and these provide safe robust items need I say more Richard Oldfield/ Mexborough
