Update: I visited again on 29/01/26, everything was still good, but there are now self service tills/checkout & it's so easy to use & makes paying for shopping so easy. Good store, visited on a Saturday morning and wasn't too busy. The shelves were well stocked and check out was a good pace, the cashier was friendly and helpful. All good.

Good store I visit very regular as it's only down the road from where I live . Only problem I have is some of the checkout staff are very ignorant whilst serving customers, they are too busy having conversations with each other over the headsets and completely ignore who they are serving. One of the male staff doesn't even give you eye contact and can't even be bothered to tell you how much your shopping is he just waits for you to pay and then just says receipt? While staring straight ahead. It really needs addressing to be honest .

Today I was in this store There were a few tills with a fair amount of customers, I then noticed that checkout 1 with just 1 customer, so I asked the cashier if he was closing ,to which he replied ' the lights on green innit ' As he was serving me i explained that I thought he was closing with him being free ,he totally blanked me and behaved quite arrogant and rude So Tyler ....I suggest you get yourself booked in for a Customer Care Service Seminar ,because your customer care skills leave a lot to be desired.
