Had an acer laptop totally dead, sorted out, all working perfectly, old hard drive put in a caddy, excellent job at a great price, great communication on updating the process, would recommend

Had a serious BSOD issue and nothing worked. Pete sorted it for me and the computer is faster than before. kept me informed, I'm very happy with their service. 5 stars without doubt

Absolutely awful customer service on the phone, I asked a genuine question as a customer about a broken TV I have as I was recommended by a friend and the response I get at the end of the phone call is "what a waste of time". Indeed what a waste of time it was for me to bother with this place. Highly displeased, and I do not recommend to anyone at all, disgusting.
