I hosted a workshop with wild organic ink making at St Barnabas church hall with Borderlands arts. It's a lovely old hall, with a very interesting interior. A lovely cool place for a hot summer's day! We had a lovely assortment of treats for coffee break! Everyone was really friendly and so creative. We made lots of art with homemade charcoal and organic pigments to make beautiful artwork. The artwork will be photographed and selected for a cookbook that works so well with the community kitchen and bookstore. If you are passing by take some time to visit the community grocery, church or the hall. The next workshop in July promises to be as good as this one. I'll post pictures and photographs of the beautiful flowers in the grounds, the grocery and the hall too!
I went for a Wednesday Communion. Very nice and friendly people . Will be going again .
An amazing place of worship. Experience Anglican worship in a wonderful atmosphere, filled with beautiful souls. I recommend the 9.30am Sunday service where the pipe organs serades the atmosphere with great sounds, and the choir lead the congregation in singing inspiring hymns to the glory of God.
