They have so many extra charges for everything and the staff is not very helpful or friendly. I'm cancelling my membership this month which is my first. Horrible service. They should also be more transparent about these "hidden charges" for example I didn't know I'd have to pay for cancelling my class 1 hour before? Idk what difference it makes when there were already like 15 empty spaces. The hell? Just annoying and inconvenient.

Unfairly charged a no-show fee dispute showing up. I had swimming booked though my membership, which I attended, however at the time I unknowingly made the mistake of passing through OPENED disabled gate to the changing rooms. I was not made aware until the no-show fee that I must scan else I will be charged extra £4 to my account. I explained this to the receptionist but they were unwilling to help or be understanding in this matter, or towards the unfairness. And am forced to pay a fee for something I did not know was a rule. Absolutely absurd.
