we not only waited over 30 mins for our food but it wasn’t nice at all i’m not usually the one for complaints but we got parmos and it was partially cold and the bachemel suave was so powdery, we went at 12pm it was pretty dead as well and didn’t expect a ridiculously long wait, especially being uni students we then only had 15 mins to eat before we had to leave. not happy x

Was extremely unsatisfied, there was 4 other people aside my group of 6 friends in the entire building ordering food. With an hour lunch break it was my understanding we’d have time to order and eat our food. We waited 40 minutes for food, leaving us with 10 minutes to eat and go back to our lecture- if we had been informed that the wait would be anything over a 20-25 minute wait, we wouldn’t have even considered eating here. This inconvenience should’ve warranted an apology, something we didn’t receive even after expressing we had a limited amount of time available.
