Very slow service. Ordered at 12:50 on just eat, went to collect and still had to wait 15minutes in store. 50 minutes in total and food was wrong. Plus - pretty sure I didn’t see a change of knife when cutting meat sandwich’s and veg only.
You're taking your life in your hands if you have any dietary requirements here. No allergen information of any kind, followed by a "I'll call the owner - He says it *should* be fine". Note: it wasn't fine, and I got to wait 20 minutes for them to put an already prepared topping on an already cooked potato, followed by a bare-hand grab of a cookie from the cabinet. Wouldn't recommend.
First time visiting! Used to love visiting Lucky Cat Boba when it was here and was sad to see it go, but seeing Baha Cafe come in and bring back the boba was stunning! Friendly atmosphere, staff are so lovely and helpful, great boba choices and even though we didn't use it, loved the addition of the self-check out option so you can order quicker! Can't wait to get my boba fix from here all the time!
Service wss poor timing was reduclous 1st time i went i left 2nd i went i waited 22 minutes and they packed the food and now cant even eat it cos there nothing to eat it with no fork no spoon nothing really poor staff like that were i work would be getting told to do one
Genuinely has the best boba tea I’ve ever tasted in Middlesbrough. The milk tea is sweet and flavorful, and my partner’s fruit tea was just as good. Give it a try! I’m looking forward to going again.
