Very disappointing customer service. We were made to wait, and when the server finally came over, she spoke rudely and asked, “What do you want?” with an attitude. When we requested a tray, it was just placed in front of us without our food being arranged or served properly. To make matters worse, the server was loudly banging utensils while washing them, clearly showing frustration and creating an uncomfortable environment. Overall, the service felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
No free alternative milk, cheers i choose to be lactose intolerant its a fantastic life choice. Staff were rude and completely mucked up my order and the food that came was wrong. Ontop of that the staff yelling at a pregnant lady with a child who needed the toilet was a great atmosphere.
I LOVE Nacita’s Coffee. This place is gorgeous, the staff are so friendly and they’re always in good spirits. I go to Necita’s quite frequently as I work down the road from it and the food is always really nice. (Highly recommend the fajita wrap.) love the milkshakes too (highly recommend the Oreo milkshake.)
We had a really nice time at Necita’s Coffee. They have excellent food and desserts and they have huge portions for the drinks. Definitely a must visit when you are in town.
What a good service and the staff are very friendly,necita herself comes and chats and make you feel welcome. The food is lovely and she cooks almost everything herself.
