Chilli hot House special set meal Thought I'd try it out working in the area decent value and enjoyed it prawn toast, mini spring rolls, sweet and sour dip, chicken and sweetcorn soup fried rice with the main not that spicy but tasty mixed meat with red and green peppers, onions, bamboo shoots. Friendly staff better than average a solid 4 stars from me!
I dont normally leave bad reviews but im fuming. 3 times in a row theyve got the order wrong and the last time we tried to order anything they called us 1 hour and 45 minutes after we placed the order they called us to say they couldnt provide what we ordered. I tried to speak to someone in charge because i didnt want to be angry at the person who was on the phone but i got told they couldnt speak english which is an outright lie. They told us they tried source ingredients but couldnt which is another lie because they are literally opposite tesco who has everything they need. When i tried to change my order to accommodate their incompetence they couldnt even get that right. Order from someone who knows what they are doing and hasan ounce of custoner service skills. Run by people who have no respect for their customers at all
1st time qe have used this company and definitely won't be the last. Superb food. Best we have had in a while. Delivery time was a bit long but understandable being a Saturday night and who wouldn't want place an order here. Thank you will be back soon.
By far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever had! From the amount of food, to the taste of absolutely every single item in the box. 12/10 Would recommend to anyone!
