First time ordering from here, I got a roast beef Sunday lunch. For the price compared to other places I thought the food was great. The beef was very tender, mash and roasties where nice. Tasty homemade gravy and Yorkshire pudding. Decent veg as well, only issue was the parsnip was a bit soggy/soft. But overall a very nice takeaway dinner.
Have been here before and meal was lovely. Went on 12/10. Meal not very good. Waited a long time for food. Meal was swimming in thin gravy. Lamb was very fatty and chewy. Veg undercooked hard to cut knife. Roast potatoes not nice. Was asked if would like any sauces. I asked for mint sauce but it never came. The place was very noisy.
This place if great. We have visited with our friends for a double date and picked it because it has decent prices for the food and there's always loads of people in (excellent sign). The chairslaw was an absolute bomb - try it if you get a chance. We have ordered and had the food within 20 minutes. The manager was awesome as well. Nothing was too much of an ask. You won't be disappointed.
Great fun. Always on top of the drinks. Food ok but to be fair its the service and drinks that matter and they do very well
Just Eat let me down with a Sunday Dinner delivery, they delivered to the wrong person, even though the restaurant told him more than once where to deliver to. The Chairman tried to help me contact Just Eat but the info on there website was difficult to fathom out, so The Chairman sent a staff member Emily with a repeat order, the food was absolutely gorgeous, I had a Lamb dinner i certainly would recommend it, every thing was hot and fresh and plenty of it if, in fact far too much for me. Thank you The Chairman for going the extra mile.
