Today i visited Antalya Shawarma Middlesborough and had a very disappointing experience. I am a regular coustomer and I ordered a pizza, but the quality was extremely poor — the toppings and cheese completely came off the base as soon as I tried to pick up a slice. When I politely mentioned this issue to the staff, instead of responding professionally, they reacted rudely and made us feel very uncomfortable. Their attitude was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Even though we had already paid for the food, we didn’t ask for a refund because of the way the staff behaved — we simply decided to leave the pizza and exit the restaurant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of their food and the attitude of their staff toward customers.

The prices are excellent, and the service is helpful and respectful. However, the shock came when the food was only perfect the first time. The next two times, when we ordered roast chicken, one of the pieces tasted awful, like uncleaned skin, indicating poor cleaning and cooking. The last time, a week ago, the chicken skin was burnt, and the burnt taste permeated it. Unfortunately, the blood in the chicken veins was undercooked. Although we usually buy from them after a long and tiring day of shopping, we felt like we were wasting our money on the chicken because of its bad taste the last two times. We also noticed the chaos and disorganization during the purchase, and the rush, as if the staff were stressed.
Tried the chicken and cheese Fatayar on my first visit. Fresh made bread, and topped and toasted in the oven. Best £4 I've spent on food in a long time😎 Just come back two years later....still brilliant
Victoria road one is miles better then this crap. I ordered a full chicken and it was the worse one I've ever had. The skin taste burnt to hell and the mint sauce with disgusting. I’ll ever order from here again!
