Chapo’s Fried Chicken

I was really hoping for something good when I checked out the shop. I read the reviews, which warned me that the place had quite bad food and slow service. I ordered a Chapos Dipp'd Burger meal and the Nashville Mac and Cheese Box. The order took over an hour to arrive, and the chips were quite soggy and very average—almost as bad as McDonald’s chips. I was hoping for seasoned, crispy chips, as advertised both on YouTube and on their website, but I was let down. The Dipp'd Burger, although cooked properly, was disappointing. The sauce on the burger was very sour, and it felt like the seasonings were just mixed in without any balance. The bun tasted cheap, and the lettuce and sauces weren’t good either just sickly it may just be my palate bit that's just what I thought. I was particularly excited for the Nashville Mac and Cheese Box, imagining it would be flavorful and high-quality by its picture, like those from Bradford, London, Birmingham, or Manchester. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was just average, and the pickles weren’t crunchy—they were soft and mushy. The Nashville chicken wasn’t crispy, didn’t taste of Nashville hot sauce, and overall was the final nail in the coffin for me. The only thing I would say was good was probably the mango drink, which tasted like a mix of Rubicon and some Boba drink. Apart from that, everything was far below my expectations. I even tipped the delivery driver because I thought that despite the long wait, the food would at least be good. This place really let me down, and it will probably be the first and last time I order from here. So disappointing. I wrote this review not to complain or be a nuisance but to help them fix their mistakes Good luck in the future

The fried chicken, tenders,chicken popcorn were delicious. The prices are affordable. We dined in and the tables were not cleaned after previous customers. The server was on a break both times we went and no one else to take her place to make sure tables were cleaned.Customers were allowed to vape as was the server inside the restaurant.

I can’t stop raving about how incredible this chicken was! From the very first bite, it was clear that this wasn’t just any ordinary chicken dish — this was next-level flavor perfection. Juicy on the inside, crispy or beautifully designed, it had the perfect texture and taste that made every bite better than the last. Honestly, if you're a chicken lover — or even if you're not — this will blow your expectations out of the water. I want to give 10 stars to you ! 🍗✨ superb♥️

Great food consistently !!! Every time I’ve ordered from here the food has been delivered very quickly and it has always been cooked really well. Chicken burgers are always great aswell and is definitely what I would recommend from this shop. Every order has been spot on and very fast and I would definitely recommend. Hands down the best chicken shop in boro🔥

This place is incredible. Best chicken shop in boro by far. It’s what kfc wishes it was the batter on the chicken is lovely and peppery. The stand out sauce for me is ranch wow try if you order you won’t be dissapointed. 9.5/10 Stu’s Reviews
