The Homemade Deli

Food was beautiful! We had never been here before but after winning the Facebook competition we will definitely be back! Everything was spot on 😍 ½parmo and 12" pizza fed 3 adults and a child easily! Coleslaw in the salad is an extra bonus! No complaints at all thank you very much

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not buy food from here... My partner and I ordered "Meal Deal 3", which is a 12" pizza, half parmo, 2 drinks and two dips. We waited 3 hours for our food to arrive, I called the delivery driver multiple times and he was always just "round the corner", I don't know which corner it was but I assume the other side of town... He seemed clueless when he got here, driving around the estate looking for me, when I was stood at my door waving. I got the long awaited food onto the table and opened it up, we got 2 half parmos, no drinks, no dips, no pizza. This was the wrong order. I called the delivery driver multiple times and he didn't answer so I messaged the restaurant on Instagram because their phones numbers on Just Eat and Food Hub do not work. They replied with "If you would like to call shop tomorrow thank you". I called them the next day and they've blocked my number, I've messaged them on Facebook and tried calling with other phone numbers, they will not answer or refund my money. I am having to wait 30 days to give them chance to refund my money before I can do a chargeback through my bank to get the money back off them. Their prices are ridiculous and their customer service is worse. Their excuse is always that they're "under staffed" but if that was the case, stop offering delivery or recruit some more staff. I have used this place before and never had issues but the one time I do have issues, they block my number and ignore me. We did try one of the two parmos that they delivered but the food was freezing cold and the parmo was very bland, their chefs only knows how to drown chicken in bechamel sauce. Save your money and go elsewhere, at least with cheaper restaurants you can get your money back when they mess up.

I have now found my go to takeaway.... Tried for the first time tonight and it was absolutely outstanding. We ordered 2 different parmos and a streaker burger and everything was delicious. Homemade chunky chips - out of this world - bolognase parmo - superb, burger - delicious. Thank you... You have restored our faith in takeaways x

3.5 hours to turn up. Food sat in the car for nearly an hour out for delivery. A main meal missing. Went straight in the bin. Promised a refund and received nothing. Was my go to takeaway. Never again. Place is a disgrace now

Really not a fan. Took way to long to arrive. The food was less than desirable and their response was, well, they didn't give one! We worked hard for that money spent on their "food".
