So far so good.. Easy to order. Delivery is normally as stated, no issues here, delivery man very friendly and helpful. My Dad likes the meals very much and the variety. He's also getting his veg, carbs and protein in each day. Easy for him to manage. Payment either card or cash. Reasonably priced too. No issues.
Three weeks running this order has been messed up after being promise delivery at a certain time. This morning was the final straw... after getting an email stating a delivery time and not showing up. It’s a shame as prior to these past three weeks things ha w usually run quite smoothly . But when you’ve been promised for three weeks and still can’t get it right enough is enough
I rang Wiltshire f.foods for my dad. The man on the phone explained everything to me the price, meals etc. Excellent service. 👍
