I ordered the chicken phamarsan with chilli and garlic sauce in the top of the pharmesan but that guys didnt add that. And didnt cut the pharmasan. If you are busy why you accept tge ordees? I dont like this type of services
Zesty Bites is a great spot in Middlesbrough with very affordable prices, making it easy to enjoy good food without spending too much. When it comes to pizzas, I absolutely love their half-and-half — especially the barbecue and tandoori pizza combination. The flavours are delicious and perfectly balanced. Their shakes are also really good, thick, and refreshing. I haven’t tried their parmo yet, but it’s definitely on my list for next time. Wishing the team all the best — hope you continue to grow and succeed even more!
Ordered using uber eats around 12am yesterday to house number 10, and yet again my order was wrong. The Fanta Lemon was missing and this is not the first time items have been forgotten from my ord⁰ers. The Parmesan portion was also ridiculously small, like it was cut from something else. Completely unacceptable.Repeated mistakes, poor quality control, and zero attention to detail. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

1 star – would give 0 if I could. My mother ordered five chicken meals and when collecting the order we clearly asked and confirmed that sauces were added to the burgers and chips, yet when my sister questioned this the cashier began screaming and shouting at her in front of other customers, which was disgusting and completely unprofessional. To make it worse, they then tried to cover their own mistake by offering sauce tubs and charged my sister £2.40 extra, making her pay for an error THEY made… imagine losing loyal customers over £2.40 or the basic decency of putting sauce on a burger. My sister came home extremely upset, and when I rang the store to speak to a manager, the same cashier answered and refused to put me through, and then refused access to the owner or anyone in charge. This place is rude, aggressive, money-hungry and has zero accountability. They have permanently lost our custom and I wouldn’t dare recommend this shop to anyone, absolutely disgusting service and an embarrassment of a business.
