Quite a poor breakfast for £8.50. One insipid sausage, a single rasher of bacon and four thick slices of toast to fill the plate up. The staff were friendly, which helped them get more than two stars.

Normally have a nice experience with food and staff, however was served in the rudest manner I could possibly imagine, not a smile or anything, just got spoke to with attitude and the order number was just thrown in front of us. I get some people might have days they don't want to be at work but it's no reason to take it out on customers.

Cafe based in the rear of Dundas Street Arcade market. The cafe is a basic cafe type with lots of seating and toilets nearby. It has a great selection of British favourites and all at very acceptable prices. We had scampi and chips and mince and dumplings. Both went down a treat (but dumpling a bit stodgy) and 2 empty plates resulted This is the 2nd time weve eaten her and very happy both times. There are some very Interesting shops in the market worth a look.
