The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even assisted me with making a deposit without me having to ask
Walked in on a lunch break and was immediately greeted, with a smile, by Allison M who was quick to guide me to someone who could complete my request (needed statement for proof of address). Ellie R was then able to print the documents I requested with the efficiency I needed to be able to continue with my lunch. Quick service all round and exactly what was needed on a cold November day!
As someone who has worked in the banking industry before in Kenya, I must admit I am very pleased with how I was treated by Kelly Peacock of Natwest Middlesbrough. She is the perfect example of the difference between good customer service and great customer service 💯. She called me when I had just had my baby girl about 2weeks early, as soon as I told her that I had just delivered my baby earlier that day, she congratulated me and was willing to postpone our telephone appointment to a later date. I could feel that she was actively listening and relating to my situation. 2days after getting home, I received another beautiful package from Natwest courtesy of her. Thank you so much Kelly, you gave me the best customer experience with Natwest👌 I’m forever sold out for Natwest because of you. I can’t wait to open an account for my girl.
I often visit others banks with some of mine friends and most likely long waiting times but in NAT West I never ever had experience like this. I am member of this community from 10 years and being honest NAT west never let me down, very friendly staff, always welcome with smile ☺ and services is outstanding. So I would say 10/10 and always recommend my family and friends to become a part of it. Thank you so much for being a excellent customer service provider. Keep it up. Middlesbrough
Hardly ever use NatWest in Middlesbrough as my branch is Stockton but I was passing through Middlesbrough and needed to get some change take out of my account and it was very specific change, and the lady who served me (Jessica I think- blonde hair with glasses) turned me away by saying that they only give change out it to the value of £5 or more and anything under this she had refused to change it. Not great customer services for the bank if you can’t do what your supposed to do at a bank! Shocking behaviour- I’ll try not to come to this branch now because of this
