Head Quarters Middlesbrough

My son was booked in for a std cut, had to go back after returning home as one side was shorter than the other. No apology or offer of a drink etc... Staff member never even asked if we had travelled far - 30 minute round trip X2! Also when we arrived a staff member was vaping in the salon. Not the best impression - will not be going back.

Booked an appointment using the app for 19:00 one Thursday evening, came to the store 2 hours earlier to try and get an earlier appointment but was no space for me which was fine. I then cancelled the original booking 1 hour 1 minute prior to the original booking via the app, however full payment (£25) was still taken from my account for a haircut I did not receive. Tried contacting the store the following Saturday and was told to contact via an email about this dispute. Email was sent via the contact details in the app but was never replied to. This is a shame as I had my haircut from the store 2 weeks earlier by Katie and she did a fantastic job.

Felt really welcome as my hair can be awkward to cut. Thank you Ellie for the chat. Pours the best half of moretti also. Will be returning in future. :))

Brought my little boy to head quarters (Middlesbrough) we felt so welcomed and Dom was so polite and professional. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. The place is really well presented, our best barber experience. Thank you Dom we will defiantly be back.

Ellie at Middlesbrough head quarters did an amazing job today had the works done and has left me feeling refreshed and relaxed Hair cut , beard trim and line up , noise washing , washed my hair and styled it. Amazing cut and razor technique funny banter with clients. Couldn’t recommend her enough, first time coming here and won’t be going anywhere else anymore
