What a terrible service. I paid £40 for the deluxe package but received a very bad haircut and none of the promised benefits. The owner only refunded me £15 and kept the rest, despite doing a poor job. Even though I showed him pictures 3–4 times and explained clearly what I wanted, he didn’t pay attention and completely messed up my style. This barber seems only capable of doing one standard cut, but if you ask for anything specific, he has no idea what he’s doing. I will never go back again, and I do not recommend anyone else to go there either. To be fair, the owner was polite, but he was not professional in his work as he should have been.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ | Disappointed After a Promising First Visit I first visited this barber shop on Thursday, 24th April around 2pm, following a friend’s recommendation. The experience was great — the barber on duty was skilled, took his time, and gave me a really nice, clean look. I left impressed and told myself I’d definitely return. Unfortunately, my second visit on Wednesday, 23rd July around 9:00am was a huge letdown. I had just returned to Middlesbrough and hoped to refresh my look again, but the experience was completely different. The barber was working on someone else when I arrived, and I could see how much time and care he put into that client’s haircut — very detailed and professional. When it was my turn, however, it felt like he was just rushing through it. The attention to detail was completely absent. Honestly, I felt like I could’ve done a better job myself. Even my young son, who was with me, noticed the poor quality — the moment we left, he said “he didn’t barb you well.” That hit hard. To make matters worse, I was charged £23 for a haircut that made me feel like I’d wasted both time and money. On both visits, there was a notice saying you get a cold or hot drink with any service, but that has never been offered, even though the full price was charged. I left disappointed, not just with the cut, but with the inconsistency and the fact that the customer service did not match the price point. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Our little boy comes here and he absolutely loves it. He gets his “racing stripe” in his hair. Never met a nicer man sarkar is amazing with him. Wouldn’t go or recommend anyone else.
