I’ve been coming to this barber shop for over three years and never had any issues until now. A new barber was extremely rude during my haircut—when I asked for a proper cut, he got irritated. After I paid and was leaving, he started speaking disrespectfully and even tried to hit me with the trimmer. Another staff member stepped in, stayed calm, and apologized, which I appreciated. But the behavior of this new barber was unacceptable and very disappointing.

This barbers is by far one of the best in Middlesbrough, I will only go to them to for my hair cut as I know they are reliable and always does my hair how I like it. The staff in this shop are nice and welcoming, making it a more positive experience.
