My partner collected his ford Smax today. Highly recommend cleveland car centre. Darren was very helpful and a very nice guy all cars nicely presented ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My elderly father who lives on a pension bought a £5,000 Honda Jazz 11th Feb 2024. By 2nd May car had broke down - left back brake calliper pad and disc were shot. Paid to have car towed back to dealership where they "repaired" it. Within two weeks the car broke down again. Same issue. Tried to return car to dealership and get money back but they refused to take the car, despite it being within the six months warranty period. In the end paid £750 to get the car repaired at a local garage.
Cleveland Cars Centre have excelled, and exceeded my expectations when recently buying a car. Their communication, after sales service and professionalism was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for either Mark or Darren from delivering the car to ensuring my full satisfaction. Outstanding
Very pleased with the service during the purchase of my van. Mark was courteous and professional throughout. I was able to look around the van without feeling pressured, and take the van on a test drive. Cleveland Car Centre put the van through a fresh MOT and covered advisories at no small cost. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.
Saw 2016 Passat advertised so emailed interest on Saturday afternoon. They called back within 20 minutes and I arranged a viewing for the Sunday. The car was in excellent condition so I paid my deposit and car was mot'd and had some stone chips on screen repaired. Collected car on the Friday. Excellent car and extremely helpful staff
