Lookers CAR HUB Middlesbrough

My previous car I had owned came to the end of it's motoring days, a Volvo. So, I went online a few hours a day until I finally whittled it down to a car in the Middlesbrough Lookers Hub off Cargo Fleet lane. So I went to see a 1 litre Fiesta St-line x Ecoboost. As I entered the showroom I was met very courtesly by Paul Thurlwell. He gave me the keys to look around the car on my own, so no sales pressure. We then went for a Test Drive. It was all to my satisfaction. Paul and myself chatted throughout the drive and he was easy to engage with, and explained the controls of the car in a safe environment. Back to Lookers and all the formalities were completed, and the remainder via email so I didn't need to return ( as I had no transport ).I also asked about p/X mine, and for my car to be collected. This was all achieved and the process was seamless and professional, with the human touch as well which made the experience a pleasure. Ps. I got a free coffee too.

Brilliant service all the way to Bristol. I found the perfect car with Lookers Middlesbrough but it was 260 miles away from me. However, Jay Alderton was incredibly helpful. He sent me a personal video of the car, answered all my questions, and made the whole buying process simple. I was kept informed every step of the way and am now a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend Lookers and Jay.

I had an outstanding experience ....... I thought so at first. The MG4 Trophy Long range was immacualte and ran perfectly they also fixed a few dents minor and chips and scratches for free. The main issue was not the car, it was low milage and immacualte, it was the false promises from a sales man that the car had the MG Warranty. I was delayed for over a months with promises of the MG warrenty. It was not included and 2 others even advertised with one that they tried to replace with also didn't have the warrnety. MG are very strict about their warrants and if they arn't services within a strict yearly window in invalidates the warrenty on the car and the battery. I was sorely disapointed. They did give me a full refund (inluding the Gardex protect and the dent and scratch insurance I bought) quickly but they also charged me 40p per mile for my over 1000 mile usage Over £500. Its not a bad place but I would recommend getting it in writting about any warranty's before parting with your hard earned cash! I am sure they just buy the cars off auctions without properly vettingthem before advertising them for sale. Learn from this lookers and don't mislead your customers Customer first Commision 2nd!
