Do not buy from these, sold my daughter a car, had nothing but bother from the start, eventually only a few months later had to put a new engine in the car rather than admit they sold her a scrap heap. Promised her it was a "newish engine with only 17k miles on it", also had nothing but bother with it and when a garage plugged a computer into it because it surged out of control on a dual carriageway with the passenger having to use the handbrake to slow the car down while my daughter steered it to a controlled stop, WHILE HAVING A 2YR OLD CHILD IN THE BACK! they say its got 150k plus miles on it. Now the finance company won't help her. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Been getting my cars from maxwell motors for a good few years now I’ve took my kids here to get their first cars and never been disappointed friendly and honest they don’t follow you around trying to get that sale they let you browse and if you need anything information on a vehicle they are more than happy to help. Friendly honest and not pushy for the sale.

Had a great time travelling to maxwell motors to pick up this merc, forgot the guys name now but he was sound from start to finish very simple process, no fuss told him about the problems the car had after test drive and he happily took money off for me, sorted me out with 1 year warranty and even paid 6 months tax upfront out of his own pocket! Very professional and overall a really nice fella. Will definitely be going back

They stole £2000 from me! I paid 2 grand deposit for a car for them to take it off the market for me. No contract was signed saying it was non refundable, my situation changed and decided to tell them to feel free to put the car back on the market and I would only asked for the deposit back after they sold it. They now sold the car for more than I was going to pay for it initially roughly 3 grand more. And when I started asking for my deposit back they stopped answering my calls and emails and now I am having to take legal action. I would highly recommend not doing business with them as they are thieves.
