I sold my car to Lee via Motorway and I cannot stress how easy and simple it was to get the deal done! No hassle, just straight to the point and got the car sold at a reasonable price. Lee was very friendly and cordial. Although I’ve not bought a car on this occasion, this dealership is definitely on my go-to list in the future. The dealership is very fancy and and they’ve got lovely range of cars!

I was approached by one of their sales guys in a public car park! went by the name of Gary Miller, if this is how this lot conduct their business then i wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them, he came at me with a very aggressive tone, started blabbing on about how he's so successful and he's got other businesses etc but if he has the time of day to do that then clearly he can't be doing too well can he? Been into the dealership once also out of curiosity and the sales guy there (couldn't catch his name) was really pushy and practically tried to force me into the dealership when i told him multiple times i was there to browse, wouldn't recommend anyone going here as they seem to be very dodgy, will be going to trading standards and the FCA to report this behaviour.

Bought a BMW from here after a bad experience resulting in a refund from another garage after they sold us an accident damaged car. No hassle taking it for a test drive and the bits we wanted sorting were done for collection. Given my experience previously, I went over this car with a fine tooth comb and some of the things were absolutely minor but they did them anyway. Overall, would recommend

I have recently purchased a VW Transporter from Riverside Car Sales. Unfortunately, the heaters were not working, which I didn't realise until around two weeks after the purchase. I contacted Lee, and he asked me to bring the van back so he could arrange for it to be fixed. I live around 1½ hours away from their garage, so it was a little out of my way, but he said not to worry about getting someone to follow me up, I could take one of their cars. Then I received a phone call today to say the van was repaired and to save me the 3 hours round trip to collect it, he got one of his drivers to deliver it to my doorstep. I can’t fault the service that I have received. I am more than happy and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to all at Riverside Car Sales — the level of service is much appreciated.
