Bought a BMW from here after a bad experience resulting in a refund from another garage after they sold us an accident damaged car. No hassle taking it for a test drive and the bits we wanted sorting were done for collection. Given my experience previously, I went over this car with a fine tooth comb and some of the things were absolutely minor but they did them anyway. Overall, would recommend

I have recently purchased a VW Transporter from Riverside Car Sales. Unfortunately, the heaters were not working, which I didn't realise until around two weeks after the purchase. I contacted Lee, and he asked me to bring the van back so he could arrange for it to be fixed. I live around 1½ hours away from their garage, so it was a little out of my way, but he said not to worry about getting someone to follow me up, I could take one of their cars. Then I received a phone call today to say the van was repaired and to save me the 3 hours round trip to collect it, he got one of his drivers to deliver it to my doorstep. I can’t fault the service that I have received. I am more than happy and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to all at Riverside Car Sales — the level of service is much appreciated.

***AVIOD*** Bought my BMW from this place via Car Finance 247. I made the mistake of not viewing the car before I Purchased it but took the photos of the car on the website as being good. How wrong I was. The car was delivered with more mileage than stated (I have a photo of the mileage), delivered on the back of a truck so it wasnt driven but it was filthy inside and out. The charging cable didnt work and i have to try another one to make sure. One of the keys doesnt work properly. I couldnt get the handbrake off by pushing the button down ( was replaced by the garage but he put a petrol one in and mine is hybrid, also left blood stains when he changed it. I had to change it back as I could not get my car in electric mode. I still have both old units, my old one and the one they put it. A number of fault codes that were left in various ecu's that had not been cleared and rectified. My seatbelt had also been chewed by what I thought at the time to be a dog. Wrong. Mouse!!! This was replaced by them. More on this in a bit. I lifted my rear seats to find a mouse had made a home a long time before I had the vehicle. Mouse dropping, urine, old sweets old food were found under there. I didnt want to deal with these amatuers again. The alarm tome has never worked when locking and unlocking the car despite it being enabled on the idrive. So, I stripped the boot down, found alot of repaired wiring where this little creature had decided to nibble through. After pulling the o.s.r seat bolster off I noticed bare wires. It would seem that the wrong seatbelt has been installed and left unplugged and a diode installed to the wiring. This would fool the ecu in thinking all is ok with that seatbelt but infact in the event of a rollover accidint, that belt will not continuously hold the occupant in the seat. This selling dealer has toyed with my childrens lives and other occupants. I will be informing trading standards and I am awaiting a phone call from the finance company as this is dangerous. They knew and left it!!! Save yourself the hassle in buying from these. Its not worth it! Mr John Woodier, you know what car it is. I left a message with sales 12:42 15.03.25. I await your response.
