Stoneacre Middlesbrough

My van went here for repairs through my insurance, rear damage to back doors and bumpers. Came back with engine management light on, damage still on the bumpers changed the centre part and left the sides and left them loose, left the mud flaps hanging on by one screw on each side. Paint work shocking half sprayed the inside of the back part of the van on top of muck and dust over spray all over the place and on the rear door handle. Paint work around the Ford badge is terrible could do better with a rattle can myself. Asked them to sort these issues out which they did but the badge was still terrible so it went back again to which I’m not sure how but still bad it’s a work van yes but if someone crashing into you the repairs should be to a good standard so it’s back to how it was before the crash. I will get someone else to sort it who can do a good job.

Just picked up my second MG from this garage and again have received excellent customer service! Both Takie & Toby are so helpful and go out of their way when making me happy, nothing is too much trouble for them. Recently bought a mazda cx5 from stoneacre Middlesbrough. Overall very happy with the service. Salesman Takie and manager Dan were both a pleasure to deal with. The car needed to go back for a couple of small parts replacements and mot.
