I would 1000% recommend this establishment. I purchased a vehicle 6 weeks ago, after few weeks had few issues with gears and tracking. Ross was amazing took vehicle to his recommend garage,Ross (tame bridge) covered all the cost for new gear box etc, I am absolutely thrilled with the service that i have received. I will certainly be recommending friends and family for future car purchase xx
Updated review: "🚨 UPDATE: Major Safety Concerns 🚨 I'm revising my original 5-star review due to a troubling experience with my recent purchase. After just a couple of weeks of ownership, I've encountered a critical issue: the car spontaneously brakes while driving at 50mph in the rain! 😬 Here's what happens: in wet conditions, the car will suddenly and unexpectedly reduce speed from 50mph to 40mph, without any input from me. Needless to say, it's been a heart-stopping experience, and I've had a few close calls with other drivers. I'm currently getting it fixed, but that's not the issue. The problem is the complete lack of support from the seller/ Ross To be clear, I wasn't expecting a free fix or a pat on the back, but a bit of advice from someone who sold me the car would've been nice. Ross, who assured me the car was good to go, didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my message. That's poor customer service. Buyer beware: beautiful car, but potentially serious safety issues and appalling customer service. 🚨 Would not recommend without further investigation and support guarantees."
Absolutely amazing service by the staff at Tamebridge cars. Purchased a bmw 330d, all the faults and issues I noticed got rectified straight away and they were happy to give me updates throughout. This is the second car I have bought from them now with many more for sure coming in the future. Cheers guys again
Bought a nissan juke, had nothing but bother with the vehicle since the get go. Issue have been sorted after about 3 months. Have now found out the vehicle has been involved in a rear end crash and not been repaired.
I bought a van from day one it has a lot of issue when i paid £18900 and get van keys and start driving towards home then i feel vibration in steering i though it need wheel alignment so i bring it and check from one the local MOT service. They found the ball joint is broken and link is damage i change it but still problem was there so i take it to Kiwk-fit they check and found that the wheel rim is damage from inside so they try to balance it picture attached. but when i drive it nearly 300 miles then too many warning lights come on dash board picture attached one of them was DPF warning light i spoke to them, then they said don't do any thing bring the van to us we will do it i left the van for over a week what they did i don't know because they never give any kind of paper work. but i take the van back after couple of day the DPF light come on again. then i left vehicle again for 20 days because i was going out of country. when i pick the van again all the fault was there as it was before they did't do any mechanical work. when i request for any paper work they refused to give on several occasion i request to return the vehicle but they refused and Ross said i Can do the return but i will not do it. i try to resolve the issue but at the end they reply one of Email as i will not return any money do what ever you want. very bed customer service don't believe on there 3 month warranty it just a shit.
