Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Middlesborough

This is the second time I’ve been helped by Daisy at Enterprise Middlesbrough and once again she was absolutely fantastic. Her professionalism, friendliness and genuine care make such a difference every time. She answered all my enquiries and even offered to drop me off at a convenient location. It's impossible to fault this company! From the excellent booking site to the in-car explanations of the car's instruments, the customer experience is great. They appear to have a great selection of cars to choose from. I'm retired and on a low budget but I'm blown away by the specifications of the compact cars I can select. There also seems a good availability of automatic.

If you rent a vehicle from this Branch please do a full inspection of the vehicle before you take possession. I rented a van from the branch with pre existing damage that had NOT been reported. Pre inspection I didn't notice the damage as the damage was above head height and did a quick inspection as I had full trust in Enterprise. The van got dropped off at a difficult Enterprise branch who reported the damage and confirmed the damage did not look fresh and had signs rust starting. The Middlesbrough Branch failed to look into the issue so the Area manager Justin Sizer looked into the issue. Justin made a biased conclusion that favoured the Middlesbrough Branch and made me look dishonest. The issue got escalated to senior management, the senior management processed a full refund and resolved the issue.

Had two vehicles in the space of 6 days from the brilliant team in Southbank road.. faultless and professional! Hopefully never need to use these guys again but this is the branch id be using
