I had my wallet stolen the day before I was due to pick up my car. It had my driver's licence in it. Having been repeatedly assured on telephone and by email from bookings and head office that this would not be a problem so long as I had a scan of my licence and a valudation code from the DVLA, I turned up to the Middlesbrough depot only to be refused service point blank. No solutions, no refunds, not even on the insurance that I paid. I was out of pocket and unable to get to work over the weekend. Thanks everyone.

Good experience with Europcar Middlesbrough. The staff was friendly, and they made the pickup and drop-off quick and easy. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from local access or transportation.

The guys delivering and collecting the car were fantastic. The condition of the car was disappointing. Key scratch front to back on drivers side, slight collision damage on the passenger side. Faulty fuel gauge when you have 10hr driving ahead of you was a constant worry.
