Great service. The work was quick and good quality. The prices are discounted and affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking available. Overall, a very good auto parts shop.
Phoned in a panic desparate for a part today. Didn’t have in stock but able to get in within a couple of hours. Great service and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
Felt Unwelcome and Ignored at Oak Road Motor Factors I’ve been to Oak Road Motor Factors a few times now, and each time I’ve been ignored as a walk-in customer. . No greeting, no offer of help — I wasn’t even acknowledged. It honestly felt like they didn’t want me there. I waited for a while, hoping someone might assist, but no one made any effort. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I ended up leaving without being served. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how poorly they treat walk-in customers.
Great service, guy on the phone helpful made sure I got right parts , and saved £35 than going to another main parts shop 100% 👌👌👌
Gent on the trade counter was really helpful, the other people I encountered at the business were unhelpful and almost abusive!
