Billy's Hand-Car Wash

Very poor indeed. Seem to be new people who don't know what they are doing. Made a complaint and person in charge wasn't at all helpful. I'm not going back again, that's for sure.

Not very good really. You don't get all of the items listed on the board (wheel care, air freshener). They stand on your wheels to clean your roof! A lot of parts were missed so there were dirty patches (on a white car) and whatever they used marked my chrome. The inside of the doors didn't get a wipe over either. Not good at all.

Must have been taken over as I couldn't recognise any of the workers. In the past they have done a good job cleaning my car but the last one was not very good as some of the panels still had dirt on and as they took a long time to dry the car, the whole bodywork was pitted with water spots. They didn't even hoover the boot which I paid for too, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed it.

Used the new Billingham Site (opposite Tesco's) Full Valet in about 90 minutes, absolutely top notch job, quick, friendly, professional and thorough, and only £40 for the full monty, seats had cola stains and the car was a real mess to be honest... now it's like getting into a new car!!! Thoroughly recommended will definitely use now for standard washes as well, instead of nearby drag through carwash.
