Absolutely useless, I needed wheels for my car they brought two of them well over a week ago but i still don’t have the other two, it would be much more convenient for me to walk the 20 miles to go get them. Edited my review, both wheels have now arrived but after opening the boxes I’ve found both wheels are damaged and one is actually bent
I was in waiting for delivery and had the tracking app open kept refreshing and next time refreshed got a notice tried to deliver and left a calling card. What rubbish I have a ring door bell that proves no one tried to deliver. I was on the phone for over 60 minutes before being cut off. Emailed and got 48hour response with a link to chat which I used, got not response from this either before being shot off again, the service is diabolical. 😡
Like others, if I could give zero stars would! I ordered a battery (rather urgent) through Tayna Batteries, their EDI ordering goes through to the supplier (Ferraris Piston Services) who dispatched and set delivery via DX Express. It should have arrived monday 29th and after waiting in had an update to say driver couldn’t find address so returned to Middlesbrough (rubbish, no reason whatsoever not to find the address.) I set delivery again for Tuesday 30th but after reading reviews had little faith it would arrive, ever actually. So called DX and said I’ll collect Tuesday morning. Arrived and the lady brought the battery through in a plastic Vision Express box!!! She said the box has been damaged but do I want to inspect and see if I was happy. Upon opening the box and covering my hands in sulphuric acid it was clear it was damaged!!!!!! Furious 😡 I said return to Tayna and I’ll go home and source one locally! The only way to improve their service would be to cease operations altogether
I'm giving 1 ⭐ as there's no option for -⭐, had a parcel to be delivered on next day, took 4 days to be delivered, considering the company that sent me the parcel charged £32 for carriage and handling. If i have parcels to be to be delivered and you see it's DX, you know it won't be straight forward.
Same issue as Christian.... Received a text on Monday 3rd Nov, saying my parcel would be delivered Tuesday 4th Nov. Waited all day, then looked at the tracking to find out it had not moved and had been scanned into storage. Contacted chat and rebooked delivery for Wednesday 5th. On Wednesday I waited again... Looked at tracking nothing. Contacted DX via web chat and spoke to lady who said it had missed the delivery going out?? and that they can deliver to tomorrow (Thursday) or I can collect it myself!!! I asked if that would be definitely delivered and was told I don't know I don't work at that depot and don't know why the delay is..... Ridiculous service, this is the first and last time I use DX... Let's see if it arrives on Thursday 6th... Thanks DX.... Edit. It didn't. See photo attached. Finally arrived on Monday 10th.... Battered and damaged box, luckily the item was ok.
