Got an email to advise customs fee to pay. Paid it online and arranged delivery date. On the day NOTHING, no parcel, no tracking update, NOTHING, not good enough. Does anything work in this country?

I live in a flat, your driver didn't even attempt to ring the buzzer and instead chose to leave a Something for You card stating "No Answer". I had been in the entire day. My flat number is clearly marked on the buzzer, so this is either laziness or incompetence. My delivery, which cost me over £50 due to overseas shipping, is now delayed 2 days, I have also wasted a day of my time due to your employee being simply too lazy to push a button. Train your drivers better and set a higher standard; this is not the first time I've had problems with Parcelforce. It's a great shame that sometimes people have no choice in using your services.

Just spent an hour & a half on hold only to be hung up on (depo number). Got a customs notice paid it, got receipt, scheduled delivery didn't come. The day after got another notice but I'm not paying it twice. No contact information on card. The customer service number just dishes out redundant info, gives no option to speak to anybody & hangs up on you. Previous week paid a customs fee, scheduled delivery for Monday (work shifts) attempted delivery on Friday (at work) card says will reattempt on Monday (doh) but turns up on Tuesday instead 🤷

If i could give no stars i would. Abysmal. The parcel is in the depot, you can't collect, they don't know when they can deliver it. The depot is literally just along the road, they 1st said, company were closed, when they tried to deliver, lies Then they said, they couldn't find the place, lies as they get deliveries all the time Then said, they need to be returned to me as the address doesn't match up, lies Then the customer service advisor, who sounded like she really hates her job, said she didn't know what was going on and she will need to get the office MD to ring ASAP, to no avail. All this, after being stuck on the phone on hold averaging 90+ minutes. Total joke There needs to be a way to put no stars on these reviews

I have two packages stuff at this delivery depot. The first they claim they tried to deliver Friday morning, to which no one even knocked on the door, it was then sent back to the depot and I arranged for it to be sent to a local post office the next working day. It’s now Monday and no sign of either package. The tracking shows they’re both stuck at the depot and haven’t moved at all even though they’ve been there since early Friday morning. Been stuck on hold for over an hour with no answer on the phone. I have no idea where my packages are right now, and no one is answering to help me.
