I have been with this doctors all of my life and Dr. Nadah is a brilliant doctor who I will never be able to speak highly enough however the service is shocking. You speak to reception who seem genuinely uninterested in helping you. Rang up to arrange some travel injections which says on the website that they do. Only to be told they don't and that the process has changed go get a private one. Maybe update the website before process is changed. Frustrating sick of service time for a new doctors unfortunately.
I tried to make an appointment with the nurse as I knew it wasn't a doctor matter but was unable to therefore had to see a Dr. Dr T Nadah was very rude at my appointment saying I was wasting NHS time and that I wasn’t ill therefore shouldn't be seeing him. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t get in with the nurse he just talked over me and didn’t care. He then quickly printed out my prescription and in his words said “you probably won’t be able to get this though as there is a worldwide shortage” I said that was fine but if I couldn’t get it what would be my next best option, he just said “pills” I tried to explain that I am unable to take pills as I have tried 7 or 8 different ones in the past and all of them have made me violently sick. So when I asked if there was anything other than the options of pills he said “I don’t know” then just turned back to his computer. At this point I was so upset I left the room and asked at reception to never see him again. Working as a part of the NHS myself I understand the pressure that we are under but if I ever spoke to a patient with the attitude and disinterest that he has I would be in serious trouble. A small bit of compassion goes a long way and Dr Nadah does not have it at all. Rude and obnoxious. It’s a shame that one man can let down a good practice!!!!
Worst doctors I have ever had to go to. Was my family doctors since a child but thankfully i've now moved. Going in for ear infection Dr. Nadah would would look at you like filth for having ear wax. Having gone there for depression, Dr. Nadah would make me feel like im wasting his time. There used to be a brilliant female doctor who sadly left and upon returning to Dr. Nadah, he asked me why he should bother treating me as I clearly didnt want to be treated by him. This was due to the female doctor writing on my notes why I no longer wanted to see Dr. Nadah. Dr. Nadah is without doubt the worst doctor i've ever had the misfortune of meeting, maybe it was just me he disliked, but he definitely had no restraint in showing his distaste towards me. Even family members and friends who would come with me would laugh at how rude he is. My dad still goes there and always jokes about how incompetent the doctors are.
Reception never answer's the phone 80 percent of the time. Both 2 doctors are horrible and don't help you. The nurse practitioner Emma is brilliant and I always go to her if I need anything.
The receptionists frequently make appointments with a nurse when you as for a doctor and fat luck if you want to see your actual GP. The doctors are dissmissive and detached from all emotion. Trying to book an appointment is a task in itself, you have to ring at least 5 times and they often let it ring out. If you have any mental health issues you will get no help from here.
