Absolute zero chance of geting an appointment at this surgery even when you ring at 0800. Rules with regards to appointments have apparently changed, if you don't need same day appointment your supposed to be given another day, this doctors surgery obviously feels they're above that. Try getting a flu jab no problem there £££.

Doctors and nurses that I have seen in the distant past have been wonderful. I’ve not had any issues with the admin staff during my recent spate of calls. All staff have been very apologetic due to the lack of Gp appointments. It’s the lack of appointments/ appointment system that lets this practice down. I have found myself getting quite frustrated trying to speak to a GP, often sitting in the telephone system for up to 45 minutes to get to the front of the queue to discover no appointments were available.

Worst ever centre i have been too you can never get a appointment they need closing doen when you ring they say ring us at 8am when you ring its all booked how's that possible waste of time

Literally impossible to get an appointment, have to ring at 8am and if lucky get a phone consultation and you have to wait between 9am and 6pm for a phone call. Its very difficult! No mental health support for my severe mental health issues either after always getting passed onto gp.

I've been with this practice since 1985 (Birth) And I'd like to say it is a terrible excuse of a joke, no matter how early you phone for an appointment you will be around 40th in the queue and not be able to get one or even in my case for the doctor to ring you back to discuss your results after being told to make an appointment. Receptionist are the worst for customer service. Made complaints and been run around the block multiple times with them even denied the rights to making a complaint because of it. Then to top it off after being told my medical records would be made available within 3 weeks. Still not got them after my deadline for what I needed them for and this is 4 weeks later. *Do not use this surgery you will thank me later*
