The receptionists and the gps have been fantastic since I had a serious accident resulting in me needing much more care than normal, the receptionists in particular have gone the extra mile sorting me repeat prescriptions and getting me appointments as soon as they can I cannot thank them enough now I am on the road to recovery.

I can't fault this surgery. The staff are helpful and polite. Rang 10 minutes ago for an appointment for my mum, the doctor rang her straight back and has ordered her medication. I am very impressed and happy to give credit where credit is due. Very happy customers.

Outstanding! I've had fantastic care and treatment from the staff at Prospect Surgery. The receptionists ard very polite and helpful, the nurses have been great and the doctors have been thorough, professional and have given me excellent care and treatment. I cannot fault them.

I am really disappointed with the service I and my kids received on 16th April, 2024 when myself and my wife took them in for vaccination. These nurses joke and play with patients time forgetting we also have a life outside the hospital and had to pause a lot of things to attend the practice. We were kept in queue for so long without any communication. It’s now a trauma for my kids when I mention hospital to them.
