The products used and the installation itself are of a high quality, based on how often they go faulty. We have only needed to have one component renewed in the eight years we have been with Render. The engineer, Rob, who comes every year to do a service is always polite, professional and on time. He is a fantastic ambassador for the company. I recently moved house and rang Render Alarms to come and price up a new alarm system for my new build property. Elliot attended the visit and was polite, friendly, & helpful. He explained everything in detail, gave good advice on where to put sensors and ensured we were happy with everything before leaving. There was no ‘hard sell’ and Elliot told us where everything would be placed in the house to ensure we were happy with the positioning of control panel etc. Nothing was rushed and I was really surprised with the great value price. Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

Just had my alarm serviced by Elliot. I have had a render alarm for 2 years, and the service I have received both via phone and personal visits has been outstanding. Elliot is very good and takes time explaining things clearly and without lots of jargon, and he cleans up any mess he has made very friendly and approachable. Like that render tries to send out the same person to deals with any problems I would have. No problems recommending this company.
